Piezo LEGS® Linear Twin LTC300 piezo motor

LTC300 delivers nanometer resolution with load capacity of 300 N with a 20 mm stroke.

Its friction drive ensures full-force, power-off locking while avoiding mechanical play or backlash. Power consumption is zero when holding position by friction clamping.

Full force power-off locking is a safety function inherent to the design. Designed for vacuum environments.
