PiezoMotor precision stages can be combined in XYZ and angular-motion configurations to position samples, optical components and laser beams with high accuracy.
The solution is particularly suitable for static point-to-point positioning, where the system moves to a defined coordinate and remains stable during irradiation, measurement or processing. High constant-velocity performance is therefore not required; positioning accuracy, repeatability and stationary stability are the primary requirements.
